A Bluetooth device can connect to only one mobile phone at a time. To troubleshoot connection failures, follow these steps: Ensure that your mobile phone's network is working smoothly, and then reconnect the device to your new mobile phone. Ensure that your mobile phone's Bluetooth service is enabled. Ensure that the Bluetooth device is turned on and the power supply is normal. Ensure that the device is close to your mobile phone. Ensure that the device is in the pairing mode (light should be flashing).
