Please ensure that you have granted the necessary permissions for the app, such as location, Bluetooth, and local network permissions, and that your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network. If you are unable to find the device through Auto Scan, please verify that the device is in pairing mode. If it still does not work, reset the device by pressing both buttons for at least 6 seconds. When the lights on the device flash twice in sequence, the device should reset and ready to be added.
