The router is online but the device cannot be connected. Why?Updated 2 months ago
If this occurs, go through the following checks: Make sure you are connected to a 2.4GHz network. If you are unsure about your network frequency, you can also refer to the FAQ section on ""How to split Wi-Fi SSID into 2.4G and 5G bands"" to separate the 2.4GHz network. You can also use a mobile hotspot to see if your router or internet connection went down during connection. Then, try setting up the device again. If neither is an issue, try resetting the device by holding down both buttons for at least 6 seconds. The device should flash in sequence. Once this is done, try to reconnect again.
