When firmware is being updated, other features are not usually available. If it still does not work after the device is fully updated, please check the following: Remove the device and add it again with a stable and strongly network. Unlink with the Atmos App in either your Alexa or Google Home app, then re-bind our skill and try again. Please confirm that your account password is correct when logging in to the App. If the problem still exists, You can provide feedback to us through the feedback path in the App or contact us at [email protected].
