My Device Has Fragrance in it, but the App Thinks My Slots Are Empty.Updated 2 months ago

The Atmos Diffuser includes pressure sensors to see if there are cartridges in the device. These are seated agasint the sensors using both the clips at the neck of the bottle and the diffuser cover. If you have an Atmos fragrance cartridge in a slot and the App is reading it as empty, try reseating the cartridge into the neck clips and makcing sure they click. Then, press the cover more snugly against the base of the device and check the App again. Also, if you own more than one diffuser, make sure that the diffuser selected is the one in question.
